Agreements & Disclaimers

The safety of all our dogs and staff is of the utmost importance. You agree to email current vaccinations records to info@k9revolution.net. If your pup is missing any required vaccines, we will discuss prior to admittance into the program.
In the event that your pup has emergent care needs, you authorize our on-site veterinary professionals to treat at your expense. You will be contacted immediately of any actions needed for authorization, but the health of your dog is our top priority. Again, treatment by onsite veterinary professionals is only for emergency care or pre-approved treatments.
K9 Revolution will be taking your dog offsite for specific training as needed. You understand we are doing this to improve socialization and prepare your pup for the real world. Locations may include surrounding parks, dog friendly restaurants, car rides with trainers, and home improvement stores and the like. We train where you want to be!
I authorize K9 Revolution to work on socialization and positive play skills as applicable. This could possibly include commingling dogs from other households under supervision. We will take care to match size and energy levels as necessary for your dog's needs.
I understand K9 Revolution is a combination of positive reinforcement and aversion training. I authorize the use of training tools per industry standards. Tools may include (but are not limited to) treats, elevated mats, kennels, marker words, spray bottles, love & praise, prong collars, and e-collars. I understand that my dog's age, size, temperament, and behavior will be taken into account when utilizing such tools and I will receive information specific to my dog and correct use of these tools.
Photo Release - I approve for my dog's photo(s), video(s), and the likeness to be posted on K9 Revolution's social media pages and website.
Life-of-the-Dog Program Guarantee Requirements - I understand that K9 Revolution's training is 100% guaranteed if I do my part. This includes utilizing the same commands my dog learns in the program, preparing my home for my dog's success, and additional direction provided by the trainers for the specific needs of my dog.
