Office Manager
Kathleen is Dr. Italia’s office manager and brings over 40 years of experience in dental practice management. She loves welcoming new patients and helping with everything needed to make your first visit smooth and easy—from scheduling and paperwork to answering questions along the way.
Kathleen describes herself as an “Air Force brat” with a love for adventure. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, cooking, power walking, and riding her electric trike. She’s also a proud “fur baby” mom and a big animal lover.
Toni
Dental Assistant
Toni is a dental assistant who focuses on compassionate, patient-centered care. She’s passionate about helping patients understand their oral health and strives to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where people feel supported and confident.
Outside the office, Toni enjoys exploring Colorado with her daughter, catching sunsets, and appreciating the little moments in everyday life.
Kellie Schiller
Front Office Support & “Dr. Italia’s Other Half”
Kellie is Dr. Italia’s fiancé and longtime high school sweetheart. She works as a program manager at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and you may also see her helping in the front office, troubleshooting technical issues, or assisting chairside when needed.
Kellie and Dominic love spending time in the mountains—camping, mountain biking, and snowboarding. She also enjoys photography, reading, and time with their pup, Phoebe.
Phoebe
Team Mascot
Phoebe is the practice mascot and the official “fur baby” of Dr. Italia and Kellie. She’s sweet, a little sassy, and loves cuddling, camping, car rides, and basically all food (yes, even spinach and broccoli!).
